Return RMA Procedure

Call Customer Service Department at 386-736-7589 and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Download and complete the Customer Property Form in detail including the RMA number assigned by the customer service department.

Package your equipment for shipping. Use appropriate packing material for the item(s) being returned to prevent damage. Be sure to include the customer property form in your package. In addition, write the RMA number on the outside of your package(s).
