Following are the steps necessary to return material for repair and /or warranty work.

1. Call Customer Service Department at 386-736-7589 and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
|
2. Complete the Customer Property Form in detail including the RMA number assigned by the customer service department.
|
3. Package your equipment for shipping. Use appropriate packing material for the item(s) being returned to prevent damage. Be sure to include the customer property form in your package. In addition, write the RMA number on the outside of your package(s).

4. Send your equipment to the following address below.

Please Note: Any equipment returned without a RMA number will require you to contact the Customer Service Department for an RMA number and fax the Customer Property Form to (386) 738-0052 before any repair or warranty work can begin. |
